Ashley was born and raised in Magna, UT, and began dancing at the age of 3. She trained in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and tap at a local studio where her passion for dance grew as she competed in both team and solo performances. While attending Brockbank Jr High, she was a member of the Dance Company and Cheerleading team which helped lead her to audition for the Cyprus High School Drill team and Dance Company. As a member of the drill team, she was awarded All-State in dance and led her team as President.

After high school, Ashley pursued her love for dance while attending the University of Utah as a member and Co-Captain of the Crimson Line Dance Team. After two years of dancing for the University, she wanted to pursue her lifelong dream of being an NBA dancer for the Utah Jazz. Ashley danced for the Utah Jazz for 5 NBA seasons all while pursuing her degree in Business. While on Jazz she was able to travel the world representing the NBA in London, Spain, China, and Mexico. After dancing Ashley continued in the sports world while working on the business side for the Utah Jazz. As a Manager in corporate sponsorships, she helped oversee and fulfill some of the top sponsorships for the organization. With Ashley’s unique perspective of the NBA from both a business standpoint and as a dancer, she was honored to take on the role as the Director of the Utah Jazz Dancers. She is now on her 8th season coaching and has loved watching the program grow each and every year. Ashley hopes to continue to grow the Utah Jazz Dancer legacy and inspire the youth through dance.

Jenni started dancing at the age of 3 and teaching at the age of 14. In high school, Jenni joined her high school drill team and became a leader and choreographer her first year. Following high school she joined the Crimson Line Dance Team at the University of Utah, where she was both Vice President and President of the program. Her experiences, opportunities and talents grew as she performed on the biggest stages of the world for Barack Obama, Carnegie Hall, the All State Sugar Bowl, March Madness, Disney etc.

Since college Jenni has coached, choreographed and judged for a variety of high school drill teams and studios, as well as college programs. Finally, she performed professionally for Nightline Dance Company for many years. Jenni’s focus is now on her family and she greatly enjoys teaching and seeing her students succeed.
